The highly respected management and innovation consultant, Anton Kriz, will be facilitating a Central Coast Industry Connect four-day workshop on Mastering the Innovation Game for your Organisation, on the 18th and 19th of July and the 22nd and 23rd of August.
Anton thrives on innovation and resolving complex challenges for his clients, particularly regional SMEs in Australia.
With a background in academics, having gained a PhD in Chinese Business Relationships and trained over 700 high level executives in China at Tsinghua University, he has a proven set of innovation tools that provide lasting solutions to complex challenges.
Participation in this workshop is by invitation only and it is limited to 10 business leaders. This is to ensure participants gain maximum value from the workshop.
The workshop is conducted as a six-stage process, allowing participants to learn and develop new skills, reflect and embed the learnings into their organisation. Anton will assist attendees in identifying a business project and then take you through the stages required to take it from idea to solution.
This workshop is free as it is jointly funded by the Commonwealth and New South Wales Government under their Disaster Recovery funding arrangements.
