David is a fifth generation farmer with a background in hospitality and the winner of the University of Newcastle’s award for student Entrepreneur of the Year in 2020. David founded Feedback Organic Recovery in 2013 as a social enterprise to accelerate the delivery of Circular Urban Agriculture for local communities. Since then, the organisation has diverted 1,500 tonnes of food waste from landfill and grown 500,000 servings of fresh produce and delivered programs to educate students and up skill the community.
