Part of Small Business Month

Large corporates use what is called a “Sales and Operation Planning process”(S&OP) that optimises all aspects of inputs and outputs from marketing programs, sales programs, procurement, production warehousing and distribution to maximise customer service and optimise raw and finished good inventory and production requirements.

This workshop will take elements of this process and simplify them to cater for the capability of an SME manufacturer. It will focus on the key elements of the process planning and forecasting to deliver better customer service and manage incoming material supply and finished goods inventory.

An online workshop facilitated by Agashan Dias (Agi). Agi has had over twenty years’ experience working with companies such as PepsiCo, Campbells Soup, Arnott’s Biscuits, McWilliams Wines and Greens foods. He has a passion for transformation of supply chains, through implementing best practice Sales and Operations Planning, using agile supply chain management principles. Agi will break these principles down to basic planning and forecasting process that an SME can use.

There will be a focus on how this process can help you make future decisions on capacity and labour management.

Link to the webinar will be provided prior to the event.
