Women In Manufacturing Breakfast –

Traditional manufacturing strategies, systems and staff management are being challenged in these times of change.Women leaders in manufacturing are in a unique position and are invited to participate in a session which explores and shares new strategies to help you navigate these changes. This session will be facilitated by Gail Cottrill.
Gail has been directly involved in the manufacturing industry from her childhood. Her experience has led her to seek out and explore new and creative ways to deal with change in this complex industry. She will share some of her findings in addressing the complex issue of communicating in this diverse community, leading to improved decision making, problem solving and people management.
