Central Coast Hydrogen Food Cluster
A new industry-led hydrogen cluster has been established on the New South Wales Central Coast as a collaboration of Berkeley Vale-based Star Scientific Limited and Central Coast Industry Connect Limited. The cluster will work to pilot Star Scientific’s HERO® technology in the food industry, initially to heat sanitation water for cleaning and will tackle large scale steam generation and heat for baking and cooking.
