Day 1 & 2 – Machine Operator training No 2 program

This is the first 2 days of a 4 day program

Are you a small manufacturer and want to learn about packaging equipment and the systems that support it or a medium to large manufacturer that wants to up skill some of your staff to operate equipment?
Expressions of Interest are now open for our Packaging operator program.
A practical program to empower line workers with machine operation skills, centered on quality, safety, and best practices. The program can be the basis for general machine operation as it focuses on the importance of
*Product Specifications.
*Standard Operating Procedures.
*Good Manufacturing Practices.
*Importance of Checklists and production control points.
*Setting up and tuning equipment settings.
*Monitoring and Data recording.
*Problem solving and basic preventative maintenance.
*Continuous improvement tools
*Overview of emerging technologies in robotics and connected control systems.
This program is funded fully by the NSW State Government and runs across 4 full days over two weeks and commences on the 29th April. Training is based at the Ourimbah Campus of the University of Newcastle utilising CCIC’s interim skills hub equipment.
